Appearance
This is a young man with shoulder length silvery white hair (normally pulled back into a rogue knot) and eyes of icy blue. He is on the skinnier side of things not intimidating in the slightest physically wise, But he looks rather intellectual and light on his feet. He wares a pair of small black framed glasses, Blue snow coat with white rabbit fur on the wrists and hood of his coat matched with a white short sleeve shirt, black jeans, and boots.

Personality
He is shy about speaking around new people so will be quite until he feels the need to speak. But the more you know him the more you realize that he can be quite mischievous at times which you can defiantly see when he plans something through the mischievous grins he will give.
Battle personality: Cold, Quite, And Calculating. He plays to win or he walks off if unchallenged Rinn does not go looking for fights but will be happy to end them. This being said if the rules say "Win By knockout" and you try to surrender he will still knock you out.
Down time personality: He tends to like to be out side in the sun or snow reading a book in the park. Or if raining inside a guild hall lounging in the corner reading. But if he has friends around he will either mingle or look to tease them in some way or another.
Skills and Abilities
- Water Magic:
Wave: This spell is for defense and field control. It draws from a pre existing water source by creating a wave in it and pulling it to designated location. Can confuse enemies or knock them down. side effect is more water on the battle field that you can cast your spells from.
Range: Close
ME Cost: Low- Moderate
Water Whip: This is an offensive spell that pulls water out like a whip to inflict blunt trauma or worse case scenario lacerations.
Range: Mid
ME Cost: Moderate
Water Snake: The water snake functions a lot like water whip but is much more fluid in use and larger but the length will always remain 12 feet in length . The caster can use it to bash through enemies ranks or to engulf a target or to in side the snake. Side effects may cause lost of breath or life.
Range:Mid-Long
ME Cost: High-Taxing
Cleansing Waters: For the exchange of magic power the caster can creates a pool of water in his hands for others to drink from. Once they drink they find that find that they are reinvigorated. Pain is dulled for a moment, they feel 100% healthy and magic energy is replenished on a diminishing amount. (Example. caster poors 3/4 of there magic energy at the time 1/4 is waisted on the cast. 1/2 of the casters magic energy is converted into energy target can use.)

History
- Rinn's origins :
- In a small mountain village of Fiore a young boy played in the meadow. His name was Rinn he was 12 years old he may enjoy spring time in the meadow where he can play and chase the insects, or even sit under a tree and have a picnic with his parents and after they read him a story. But his favorite season was winter. He loved the snow, he loved the things you could create with it. Snowmen, slides, snowballs you name it. He would spend hours playing in it from the moment he woke up to the moment the sun set behind the mountain towering over the village. After the sun would set his mother would make him some hot chocolate and they would sit next to the fire while they read a story. Two years later his mother got incredibly sick and was on bed rest. Rinn started to miss the stories and would feel like his mom got bored so he started to read to her. One day a "Doctor" came to check on her. Then man was old and wrinkly To Rinn he looked as if he could have been a hundred years old with his white pointy hat and cloak over a fine suit, he smelt of cinnamon and apples. When he examined his mom Rinn found him self in awe as magic circles appeared in the room and a glowing green light radiated over her. Rinn found him self drawn to his mothers bed side to watch. The old man took notice and smiled down at Rinn. "Oh dear child your mother will be fine now that i am here. I promise your mother will be with us for a good long while." Rinn nods still bewildered by the magic happening before his eyes. once he old man finished he ploped into a chair to catch his breath. "Hehehe im not as young as i use to be... so your interested in magic lad?"
Rinn nods and reply's in a small voice "y-yes sir."
the old man chuckles and smiles." well then let me tell you what son reach into my bag and pull out any book you want." Rinn looks confused but slowly inches his way to the mans bag. there was a variation of herbs and vials of liquid inside. There was also 7 books... well 8 if you count the sorcerers weekly (lets not talk about the bookmarked pages).Rinn quickly eliminated 2 of the books both of them were just intimidating in size, in fact Rinn didn't even know how this old man could even carry his bag with these in there. The other five where interesting with how colorful they were Red,Blue,Gold,Green, and White all elegantly decorated in there own way all very beautiful in design. But the blue book with a purple and silver design pattern with a silver moon and what appeared to be an ocean of silver and purple waves decorated the cover and the back of the book. Rinn picked it up and looked at it flipping through the pages. The old man finally speaks up. "Ah! what a wonderful choice lad. such a beautiful book. Now i make a deal with you a binding oath. If you learn this book cover to cover and join a guild i will stay here with your mother and father and keep both of them safe and healthy. would you like that laddy?"
Rinn stares at him then back and the book. "You'll keep mommy well sir?"
"in deed i will lad indeed i will. you have my word and my oath as long as i live they will remain safe and healthy. so do we have a deal?"
Rinn examines the book one more time and nods raising his hand for a pinky promise.The old man chuckles and makes the pinky promise "Very well we have a deal.
Rinn trains for four years before setting out to find a guild this will be rped in the solo rp for each year to describe how he gets better over the 4 years and and gets his way up to a D rank wizard.

As expected a damn freaking classic bio; however I'm afraid youll have to change your magic. Only fove basic elemental magic are allowed. So ya, also change the history according too! Everything else seems pretty much more than just fine; good work.

BAHHHH ITA WHY! -crys- same issue with JO i just couldn't make Rinn an ice character.... Hmm. Actuslly why isn't Ice magic a thing yet? thats like the second most seen magic in the whole show XD.
Would the ice magic be possible later in this wizards life? like say B rank?
or sooner if i have a rp reason and story behind training for it?

Ok only thing i need to figure out is the water spells but i re worked the history to make fit the magic. honestly i think i like this story more.
