Re: The Mysterious Relic

[Michael]

Unknown masked man would spot Ryoichi and Shisei trying to hide behind trees as he waved his hand. Suddenly explosion of darkness magic would appear under them attempting to blast them unless they move or retaliate. Unknown man would show that he means buisness and that he is not up for a games becuase his ritual was stopped.

(Michael found Kogara on her way out towards the city with survivor, 5 turns until help arrives)

[Shisei]

Shisei would peer round from the tree after the initial attack, seeing the man wave his hand he wouldn't see him conjure anything around him. He would guess the only place it could come from would be under them, though not being sure he would still move away from the spot he is in, he would do this at the last second as the explosion occurs, being sent forward, using its force to move faster and use the smoke it would create to find a place to hide and prepare, while watching the man carefully.

After doing this Shisei would turn his form off for a moment as he would use his magical power in a direct assault as he would cause clouds to appear he would send his hand down as he would mutter: "Lightning strike." As he would say this 3 simultaneous lightning bolts to come down at the man, and using the other two to hit the spots Shisei would calculate would be the places he would try and dodge to.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi noticing yet again another shadow strike being prepared, which leads him to raise himself up a little bit onto his feet and push himself to the side and roll behind a tree, "That is the man we were looking for sure.." he sighs, he moves both of his hand infront of him and begins to form two lightning balls which are the size of his palms, but wont make the move yet, hearing Shisei's attack

[Michael]

Unknown man would not even try to dodge his attacks but instead of that he would start to release multiple shockwaves of dark magical energy which would work as a shield to block incoming attacks. He would remain standing on same location however he would seem to prepare something big as his hands started to form strange pattern.

(4 more turns until help from Michael arrives, or not? Michael does not really know for sure which way Ryoichi and Shisei went inside of forest.)

[Shisei]

Upon seeing the man preparing another attack in his palms, Shisei would quickly prepare to dodge it, as he would send his lightning form onto his legs to be able to move faster to get out of the way of the attack that is coming for them.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi noticing from peeking from behind the tree that even Shisei's attack did not hurt, he would instead make the lightning balls which were in his hand move to surround his body as well as creating more with his magic power, once his body is covered with lightning again, he would begin to run up on the tree with his speed, if he manages to get up to the top, he starts to push himself off from a tree to tree to get distance with the man in case the attack is long ranged, if successful

[Michael]

Unknown man would start to gather very think layer of darkness, magical energy would form wall in front of him as he hitted it with his palm he would send tenfold stronger shockwave of dark magical energy towards the two to hit them. Shockwave was thicker thus slower however its power was something they should not allow themselfs to get hit.

(In meanwhile Michael went wrong way down the forest, when will he arrive no one knows now.)

[Shisei]

Shisei would notice the speed of the wall as he would jump up into the tree he is next to as he use the top as a sling to push himself towards the points that the wall doesn't cover to get past it and stay in view of the man, as he does this he would send his hands out as he would send the energy of the electricity quickly into his fingers as he would send out multiple waves of electricity at the man to hit him with quantity instead of power. If he does this he would land in a bush, having aimed for it to cushion his fall.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi kept on jumping from the tree to tree with his lightning body as fast as he could, hearing and also feeling the shadowed attack coming towards him, "Damn damn damn.." he mumbles to himself when he suddenly notices a rock close by to him, but since he had to move to his right for that, it also made the shadow attack get closer to him and fast, he would move behind the rock to block himself and if the rock was to break by the shadow attack, he would push himself off from it as well and fall down onto the ground, still remaining in his lightning form

[Michael]

As large shockwave went it would hit rock and demolish it in pieces which would push Ryoichi even further away. However Shisei's lightning strikes broke concentration of unknown man and shockwave was stopped. But damage was pretty much non existant. Unknown man would turn his attention towards Shisei however before that he would see something fall down the hell from thick bushes and other side of forest. That thing was no one thing than Michael himself who went wrong way but fell down the hill and rolled down towards the three. As Michael landed he would look stupid for a moment as he cleaned mess from his hair and clothes while looking at Shisei and unknown man.

[Shisei]

Shisei would breathe slowly as he would know he would be at the limit of his power as he says to Michael: "You took your time, did you at least flush?" Trying to make light out a bad situation as Shisei would use the last of the magical power he has to use his lightning form on his legs, though having it as sparks and activating it when and if he needs to.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi as he was falling down after the impact, the lightning body would fade away, he would let out a yell as he was falling, but luckily, he would land into the bush, he would breathe slightly heavy, "Too early, to take on such jobs.." he says out to himself, not knowing that Michael has arrived

[Michael]

Unknown man would wait no second to start attacking Michael because he did not want anyone to see what he is doing. Sudden magical circle would appear around Michael trying to raise pillar of dark magical energy to explode on top of him. Michael would quickly realize situation he is in as he quickly activated his magic. Sudden burst of white magical energy would coat his whole body but not just that. Change would quickly change to blue as his defensive power increased a lot. He would remain in place as he took direct hit of attack lowering his damage. He would work as distraction, what would Shisei and Ryoichi do in that time is up to them.

[Shisei]

Shisei would notice the man is caught up with trying to attack Michael seeing this as a chance, he would send whats left of his magic power into his legs and run at the man at whatever speed he can get, as and if he gets into range he would transfer all his magic power to his fist as he would send a direct punch into the man's head to try and hit him down. If this works he would have given Michael time to attack the man, though Shisei after doing this would fall over and face plant the ground from using so much magical power.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi sits up from laying inside the bush for a little to regain his breath, he stands up and begins to move back to the location where the man was, once he manages to get there, he would hide behind the tree to check the sitation and maybe try and see where Shisei is

[Michael]

As Shisei launched his attack towards Unknown man he would manage to distract man who turned his attention to him. Unknown man would block his hit and attempt to punch Shisei away, however because of this he would be distracted by him which left Michael to use Shisei as distraction this time to rush at man. Michael would quickly dash towards the man as color of his magic changed from blue to red as he knocked hammer kick towards the man in order to knock him down. Because of direct hit on his head Shisei making it possible by distraction man would be knocked out.

[Shisei]

Shisei would crawl to the altar, grabbing it and using it to help him get up as he would cough up blood. He would ignore the blood for the first time, wanting to look at the book, seeing what they have fought for all this time. He would fully stand up, though would sway on his feet as he would find it difficult to keep his balance. He says: "God I hope this was worth it..."

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi would begin to walk from behind the trees towards the altar, seeing that Shisei was there, he talks from behind the tree, not going too close to the altar just in case, "Got the book?" he asks from Shisei

[Michael]

Unknown man would fall down on the ground as Michael ignored him, he was far more interested in book itself. He would swiftly rush towards altar as he grabed book with his left hand and attempted to assist Shisei with his right hand. He would silently observe book while asking Shisei "Can you walk?"

[Shisei]

Shisei would look at Micheal who would be trying to help him, he would simply say: "I think I can manage for now. Main thing is: whats so special about that book?" as he says this he would glance to the book, wondering what about it has caused such chaos.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi joins up with the two, "Was this book really worth it?" he looks at the two as he asked that, he would be having his hand placed on his neck and rubbing it, because it still hurts from the fall

[Michael]

Michael would observe book more as he responded slowly "This is old and rare book, its secrets are valuable to treasure hunters, but this person knew something more." Tone of his voice was serious and mysterious. He would let go Shisei as he approached towards the man with book. He would tie up man and pick him after he placed book inside of his back. Afterwards he would carry man towards the city talking "I will return book and give this guy to magical council. You two can return to guild. Oh you can keep whole reward I have found something more interesting for me."

[Shisei]

Shisei would begin staggering back through the forest, backtracking through the place from what he can remember.

[Karlioha]

Ryoichi shrugs and would set his way back to the guild along with Shisei

[Michael]

Mission finished. Ryoichi and Shisei rewarded with 15 points, Kogara rewarded with 8 for participating in half of mission. Locked.
